What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
As a previous coach, personal trainer, and athlete, I experience(d) challenges athletes to face both on and off the playing field. My practice centers on helping athletes and coaches navigate mental health and performance issues.
I have a diverse background in athletics and performance and currently practice Jiu Jitsu. Jiu-jitsu has allowed me to push myself outside my comfort zone and stretch my mental performance.
I have seen the demands MMA athletes face in training and off the mats, and I am passionate about giving back to this community.
