Work HistoryI have over 18 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have a history of working with teens, adults and children in multiple settings such as outpatient, inpatient, crisis center and detention settings. I work with clients who have been struggling with symptoms related to depression, anxiety and trauma related symptoms. During our initial session we will work together to develop a collaborative treatment plan that will involve goals that work for you and your lifestyle. Most clients will start to notice some relief of symptoms within the first 2 months of therapy. My goal is to create a collaborative space to help clients achieve their goals and have a better quality of life based on their identified values. It is important to help clients develop improve self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries and work through any current issues they are experiencing to help guide them forward on their path.
