Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me means you’ll have a therapist who is both straightforward and supportive. I’m not the type to just sit back and nod—I want you to leave our sessions with something useful you can actually apply to your everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m warm, approachable, and honest, but also that I bring a little humor and creativity into the process.
I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, and I’ll also challenge you when it’s needed, because growth happens outside of our comfort zone. Whether we’re working through grief, relationship struggles, or just the stress of daily life, I’ll help you find clarity, perspective, and practical ways to move forward.
It’s also important to know that I value authenticity. I bring my full self into the room, and I encourage you to do the same. I want you to feel safe, understood, and also empowered to experiment, grow, and discover new possibilities for yourself.

Work HistoryI’ve been working in the field of social work for more than 14 years, and my career has taken me through a wide range of experiences. Early on, I worked in residential programs and non-profits, supporting people living with severe and persistent mental health challenges. That time shaped the way I show up as a therapist—meeting people where they are, advocating for their needs, and learning that real healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported.
As my career grew, I moved into outpatient work and private practice, where I could focus more closely on individual therapy, couples counseling, and helping people navigate transitions like grief, trauma, and relationship changes. Along the way, I trained in CBT, EMDR, EFT, and advanced holistic counseling to make sure I had a full toolkit for different situations.
Over the years, I’ve also leaned into my entrepreneurial side. I founded my own practice and later co-founded Root & Rise Clinical Specialists, a boutique group practice that allows me and my colleagues to provide deeply personalized care across multiple states. I also created Limitless Integrative Wellness, a collective space that brings together therapy, holistic providers, and wellness experiences. These projects are more than businesses to me—they’re communities where clients can access not only therapy, but also supportive services that care for the whole person.
Today, I draw on all of these experiences—clinical, creative, and entrepreneurial—to offer therapy that is both practical and human. Clients often come to me when they’re at a crossroads, and my goal is to help them feel grounded, supported, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
