Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I was drawn to this work by a deep curiosity about how people heal, grow, and adapt, even when life feels overwhelming. I’ve witnessed firsthand the resilience people carry, and that inspired me to dedicate my career to helping clients uncover their strengths, process past trauma, and create meaningful change. Whether supporting someone through burnout, perfectionism, grief, or major life transitions, I’m motivated by the opportunity to help people feel understood, develop practical coping skills, and move forward in a way that truly fits their lives.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I believe you already have the inner resources to grow and thrive, and therapy is a collaborative space to uncover and strengthen those strengths. My approach is warm, supportive, and eclectic—I integrate methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and expressive approaches like art or play, tailoring them to each client’s unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all; it’s about creating safety, insight, and practical tools to build confidence, resilience, and lasting change. I work alongside clients with honesty, compassion, and flexibility, helping them release what holds them back and foster a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
