Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of connection to support healing. My work is driven by a deep desire to spread hope, love, and wisdom—to remind people that they are not alone, and that wholeness already exists within them. I want to help others reconnect with that truth, to feel empowered and at peace with who they are, even amidst life’s challenges.
For me, therapy is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I see it as a way to serve others with the gifts, knowledge, and compassion I’ve been given. Each session is an opportunity to be a source of light in the darkness, to hold space for someone’s pain, and to gently guide them toward healing, balance, and self-awareness.
Ultimately, I do this work because I want the world to know peace—and to understand that peace begins within each of us. My purpose is to walk alongside others on their journey toward self-discovery, freedom, and inner stillness, offering protection, guidance, and care for as long as it’s needed. It’s my hope that through this work, we move closer to collective healing and the realization that every being is worthy, whole, and capable of awakening to their own light

Work HistoryI have 6 years of experience working as therapist in private practice and nonprofit community mental health settings providing therapy and mental health support to individuals between the ages of age 6 and 63.
I have specialized training in trauma informed approaches, somatic nervous system regulation, and yoga which has helped me to support individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions and dysregulation. I have a holistic approach to working with clients that includes neuroscience, evidence based therapy interventions and yogic and buddhist philosophy to bring together the mind, body, and spirit.
I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful somatic therapy that helps process trauma and emotional pain held deep in the subconscious and in the body. Similar to EMDR it uses eye position and boilateral stimulation to access deeper parts of the brain. If talk therapy has not provided the relief you've hoped for this intervention could be a great fit.
