In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
My life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap in my belief that people are resilient, capable of growth, and deserving of compassion and understanding regardless of their past or current struggles. Through both my personal life and my work as a therapist, I have come to believe that everyone carries a story, and behavior, emotions, and relationship patterns often make sense when we understand that story. This belief guides how I treat people in my life and how I treat clients in therapy—with empathy, patience, and without judgment.
I also believe in the importance of self-awareness and emotional understanding. In life, I believe that when people understand themselves better, they make healthier decisions, build better relationships, and feel more in control of their lives. This directly overlaps with my treatment philosophy, where I help clients explore their emotions, patterns, relationships, trauma, and life experiences so they can better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Another overlap between my life philosophy and treatment philosophy is my belief in the importance of relationships. I believe that relationships shape who we are, how we see ourselves, and how we move through the world. Because of this belief, much of my work focuses on couples, families, caregivers, and individuals navigating relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
Finally, I believe both in life and in therapy that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and safe. Whether in my personal life or professional role, I try to create environments where people feel supported, respected, and understood. I believe people grow not through judgment or criticism, but through connection, insight, and support. This belief is at the core of both my life philosophy and my treatment philosophy.

Work HistoryAs a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, balance, and self-compassion. With years of experience supporting clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, relationship, empowerment, abuse and self-esteem/self-worth I bring a grounded and client-centered approach to my work.
My background in marriage and family therapy has given me a strong foundation in both evidence-based practices and the art of human connection. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight into their patterns, and develop tools for lasting growth.
I am particularly passionate about healing, trauma, and helping people build healthier relationships, supporting trauma survivors, empowering women, guiding young adults through transitions]. My approach blends empathy, authenticity, and collaboration—I see therapy as a partnership where each person’s story matters deeply.
Outside of sessions, I’m continuously learning and refining my skills through ongoing education and mindfulness-based practices. I’m driven by a genuine belief in the resilience of the human spirit—and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they discover their strength, purpose, and capacity for change.
