It made me more empathetic, compassionate and educated to helping others. I am more understanding and patient and value people more as I understand the importance of validating people and their emotions and experiences.

I have an eclectic approach, utilizing various theoretical approaches, behavioral neuroscience, and real-life experience. I cater my approach to each client’s individual therapeutic needs.

For me, being a therapist isn’t a job- it’s a passion. My work plays an incredibly important role in the lives of couples, families, and individuals. I take it seriously and am very honored to do what I do. My compassion and empathetic nature make it a goal of mine to help others improve their lives and be happy. My passion for mental health inspires me to be the best I can be in order to help children, adolescents and adults learn to heal from trauma, cope, develop better communication skills and relationships. I am Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I have been in the field for nearly six years, and I have a passion for supporting couples, children, teens, and their families.
