I am a neurodivergent person living in the same neurotypical world that wasn't built to accommodate everyone's brains, therefore I understand firsthand your frustrations and difficulties. Since all of our brains are different, my approach has to be different for each individual person. I am confident that we can unravel unhelpful behaviors and patterns and work to find solutions that stick and make sense.

My goal as a counselor is to support my client's personal growth in a safe environment. The best part of my job is sitting with people through both challenging and exciting times in their lives. I am honored to get to be with them as they experience breakthroughs in their healing as well as gain skills for future difficulties. My role is as prominent or laid back as my client needs me to be, since this is their journey and I am the passenger. You don’t have to hold big things on your own. I help take off some of the burden that humans carry.

Therapy is not just talking about the sad, big, heavy or scary stuff! So much of our growth happens when we celebrate the wins and accomplishments and positive change, therefore therapy doesn't have to be intimidating and there is never pressure to talk about anything that you aren't ready to talk about.
