Work HistoryI am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Georgia, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My journey in the mental health field began in a university counseling center, where I supported students through the challenges of young adulthood and academic life. I later transitioned into working with high-acuity individuals in a secure locked down facility—an intense but meaningful experience that ultimately led me to reevaluate my path. Over time, I realized my passion lay not only in traditional therapy, but also in offering a more holistic approach to healing. This realization led me to explore integrative wellness practices, and I’ve spent the past several years deepening my training in alternative modalities. I am a Certified Spiritual Advisor (CSA), Certified Reiki Practitioner (CRP), and a trained Breathwork and Meditation Coach. These practices have not only transformed my personal life, but have also expanded the ways I support others on their healing journeys. I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals navigating eating disorders, chronic pain, mental health challenges, and spiritual disconnection—both in clinical settings and private practice. My professional experience includes serving as a therapist and clinical director at an eating disorder treatment center, as well as providing individual Reiki and energy healing sessions for clients dealing with stress, trauma, and emotional blockages. Most recently, I earned certifications in Hypnotherapy and Somatic Mind-Body Healing—powerful tools I now integrate into my therapeutic work to support clients in reconnecting with themselves on a deeper level. In my practice, I take a whole-person approach. I believe we are spiritual beings with souls, living in physical bodies—and that true healing must address all layers of our being. Mental health is not just about the mind; it’s also about how we feel, how we carry emotions in the body, and how we interpret and respond to life. My mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can relax, decompress, and reconnect. Through a blend of traditional therapy and holistic healing, I aim to support your journey toward emotional clarity, energetic alignment, and lasting wellness. My goal is to help you become more self-aware, empowered, and equipped to live a balanced, fulfilling life.
