I am a licensed psychotherapist in the State of Georgia. I hold a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner (CRP) and Certified Spiritual Advisor (CSA). My purpose is to assist individuals and couples through the recovery process by providing healing energy for one's mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs. The process I use combines connecting to oneself & Reiki (ENERGY work). This method involves working through inner conflict, using hands on and off healing, and aromatherapy. You deserve complete wellness! So, let's began. When working with individuals I treat the entire body. Life stressors affects the whole body and so the body needs to be treated. We are first spirits, with a soul, living in a physical body. Mental health is more than just the “mind”. How we think, feel, and view our world contributes to our experiences and the physical symptoms that manifest in our body. My goal is to create a space that will allow you to relax, decompress, access emotions by using a Holistic approach. My mission is to assist in healing the body. To educate, to help bring self-awareness of one’s emotions/energy, to help you tap into your inner strength to make better decisions, and practice living a balance healthy life.
