Work HistoryWhen I envision my ideal client, I actually envision the old version of myself. Growing up with complex childhood trauma, I had to figure out how to maneuver my symptoms. I’ve tried regular talk therapy, EMDR (which really really helped), medication management (I felt way worse before I felt a tiny bit of improvement), then I tried Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through Ketamine. This is the most life changing thing I’ve tried so far in my healing journey. As a licensed psychotherapist in FL, DC, NJ, and ME, and as a certified clinical trauma professional, I want to use my skills and 11 years of experience to help survivors of abuse overcome the lasting effects of trauma. You can expect deep transformations to start occurring when we begin working with Ketamine in our sessions. In our processing sessions, I use evidence-based therapies to bring transformative results; such as EMDR, body-therapies, IFS, and Mindfulness (MBCT). Contact me if you want to go beyond the limits of traditional talk therapy and experience transformative shifts in your life.
