What should we know about your experiences and background?
Born in Venezuela and raised with a rich Italian cultural heritage, have always been fascinated by the ways different cultures shape who we are and how we interact with the world. Growing up in this blend of traditions and values has given me a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, belonging, and connection. It’s this unique perspective that I bring into my work as a therapist, where I aim to create a space that’s warm, empathetic, and truly non-judgmental. You won’t find it hard to talk with me – I genuinely want to hear your story, understand your struggles, and support you in finding the strength and clarity to move forward. My approach is deeply influenced by my background in sociology and marketing, where I learned to observe and understand human behavior from different angles. I’m passionate about helping people understand the deeper layers of their psyche through Depth Psychotherapy, which uncovers the unconscious patterns that influence our lives. This process is all about raising awareness, fostering self-discovery, and bringing profound transformation to the way we think, feel, and behave. If you’re struggling with anxiety, you may find that my anxiety therapy approach can offer the support and guidance you need to move through it. With years of experience in trauma-informed care, I help individuals manage anxiety and other emotional challenges by uncovering the root causes and offering practical, empowering solutions. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in strategic research and marketing, analyzing consumer behavior and motivations. That experience has given me a unique insight into the underlying forces that drive our choices and relationships. I’ve also worked with underserved communities, particularly focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, allowing me to connect deeply with individuals and guide them through healing in a compassionate and empowering way. At the core of my work is the belief that growth and healing happen when we create a space of safety, trust, and mutual respect. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, discover new perspectives, and work toward the life you envision for yourself. I’m excited to be part of your journey and to help you uncover the strength and resilience that’s already within you.

Work History
n my work as a therapist, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals and adolescents in overcoming some of life’s toughest challenges. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, trauma, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and I believe deeply in the power of healing through both mind and body. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, holistic practices, somatic work, and psychodynamic therapy. I focus on helping clients become more attuned to their bodies and emotions, recognizing that past trauma is often held physically, as well as mentally. Through somatic and mindfulness techniques, I guide clients in reconnecting with their body’s wisdom to release tension and stress, allowing for deeper healing. In addition to somatic and mindfulness practices, I draw from psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence present-day behaviors and emotional responses. This deeper understanding can be transformative, helping clients gain insights into their relationships and emotional struggles, ultimately fostering growth and self-awareness. Whether working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or OCD, I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I use a blend of evidence-based techniques and compassionate care to help clients process and release what no longer serves them, encouraging them to move forward with greater self-compassion, resilience, and confidence.
