Work HistoryIn my work, I’ve had the opportunity to support adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples in private practice. My experience has focused on helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout, among other issues. Many of the people I work with are managing high expectations, whether from school, work, or themselves, and are looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their values. Through this work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the pressures young people and adults face in today’s world, from perfectionism and identity exploration to the impact of societal stressors. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their inner world, building self-awareness, and moving toward meaningful change. My background also includes working with clients on self-esteem, boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation. These experiences continue to shape the way I support people in therapy: with compassion, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
