Education
Bastyr University, Master of Arts, 2018 — Lauren was raised on the East Coast where she attended Delaware Valley University for her Bachelors of Arts in Counseling Psychology. After finishing her undergraduate studies, Lauren worked in the field of functional medicine learning about the healing powers of herbal medicine, Ayurveda, energy work, and nutrition, as well as the importance of finding the root cause of illness. Lauren moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to pursue her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University which is a unique program with a holistic approach to health and wellness. Throughout this experience, Lauren gained extra training in integrative modalities that are woven into her practice such as breathwork, progressive relaxation techniques, mindfulness, movement, and more.
