Work HistoryThroughout life, we encounter experiences and challenges that are unexpected. During these difficult times, the future may seem out of our control. I can help gain insight into one’s situation and support them as they cope through it. I specialize in working with couples who have experienced infidelity, postpartum, and other relational issues, young adults going through life transitions such as starting college, a new job or a family, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and/or trauma as a result of unhealthy relationship dynamics with romantic partners, friends, children and parents. I want them to know they are not alone. I am proud of the work I have done with families and couples. It is very difficult when there are high levels of conflict between family members, specifically parents and their children. I have found success in helping manage intense emotions in the room and allowing all family members to communicate more effectively. In addition, I have found success in working with couples who have experienced infidelity. In the wake of an affair, there can be high levels of anxiety, trauma response, and anger. I have found ways to improve communication and create a space for moving forward in the healing process.
