Work HistoryMy work as a therapist has always centered on helping people make sense of their experiences and build lives that feel more authentic and balanced. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across many stages of life—from teens navigating identity and anxiety to adults managing trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve provided therapy in community clinics, private practices, and trauma-focused settings, all of which have strengthened my belief that people heal best when they feel understood, accepted, and empowered. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, helping them explore identity, relationships, and self-acceptance in affirming and nonjudgmental ways. My background in psychological assessment complements my therapy work by helping clients gain deeper insight into how their minds work and how to advocate for their needs. Whether I’m supporting someone through anxiety, exploring patterns from past trauma, or helping them reconnect with their sense of purpose, my approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real-life understanding.
