Get To Know Me
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
It’s natural to feel hesitant about opening up to someone new. Therapy is about giving yourself space to explore what’s on your mind, at your own pace, with someone who’s there to support you without judgment.
Even if you’re not entirely sure what you want to get out of therapy, a consultation can be a safe and supportive space to start exploring that. Keeping an open mind and giving yourself the chance to see if it feels like a good fit is a meaningful first step.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Unlike traditional talk therapy, which often focuses on analyzing thoughts and gaining insight to shift feelings (a top-down approach), I draw from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Therapy (AEDP), an approach that helps us tune into the emotional cues held in the body. By working from the bottom up, we can access implicit emotional memories, supporting deeper emotional growth, insight, and lasting change in ways top-down approaches often cannot.
Rather than staying in your head or trying to think your way out of patterns, we pay gentle attention to how emotions show up in the body. With support and curiosity, this awareness becomes a doorway to relief, resilience, and a stronger connection to yourself.
If you’ve ever felt like therapy has been helpful but hasn’t changed how you feel deep down, you’re not alone. My approach helps you move beyond insight and into real, felt transformation.

Work HistoryMy experience has been shaped by working closely with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship wounds, especially those who learned early on to minimize their needs or carry everything on their own. I enjoy helping people understand the emotional roots beneath patterns like perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, and shame.
I'm trained in experiential, attachment-focused approaches to help you move beyond insight and actually feel, process, and transform your emotions. My goal is to create a space where you feel fully seen and safe, and where your emotions become a source of clarity, connection, and strength.
