In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My personal experiences have shaped the way I show up as a therapist — with authenticity, warmth, and commitment. They motivate me to support and advocate for my clients, beyond the work that is being done in the therapy space. I recognize importance of feeling seen and heard, which are some of my main intentions in my work with clients. Life is full of challenges and moments of joy; I believe everyone deserves a safe space to process their feelings, explore their values, and pursue a fulfilling life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s built on trust, compassion, and genuine connection. My style is flexible — I draw from evidence-based approaches while adapting to each client’s unique needs and goals. Depending on what feels most supportive, I can offer a more structured or open process, and a gentle or direct style. Whether we are working through challenges, exploring emotions, or acknowledging strengths, I meet clients where they are and support them on their path toward growth.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
I wish more people knew that therapy is simply a supportive space for yourself, free of pressure or expectations. There is no right way or right time to prioritize your mental health. Whenever you are ready, you get to show up as you are.

Work HistoryI bring a diverse background in supporting people through different stages of life and challenges. I have worked as a crisis counselor, a client assistant in a mental health treatment center, and a psychiatry assistant in private practice, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding mental health needs and treatment approaches. For two years, I worked as a therapist at a high school, where I supported a variety of clients through individual and group therapy. In private practice, I draw on these experiences in my work as a Registered Associate MFT (#157349). With this knowledge and my passion for helping people, I meet my clients where they are. My approach to therapy is compassionate, warm, and person-centered.
