Work HistoryI am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in the State of New York. I completed my Undergraduate and Masters from Hofstra University. I have worked with a wide range of populations for the past 9 years navigating concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, career challenges, and more. Thoughts and emotions can be so powerful, but they can lead us to feeling stuck, lost, confused, dread, or even exhausted. We isolate, panic, feel unseen, feel unheard, and become irritated because we don’t have the words or we don't know what to do with these feelings. If this is something you can relate to, Welcome to my page, I am so excited you have decided to invest in yourself!
