Work HistoryOver the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges. In private practice, I’ve helped people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and sleep issues. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how these struggles impact everyday life, and I’m passionate about helping clients find practical strategies to feel more balanced and in control. I’ve also worked in an inpatient behavioral health hospital, where I supported individuals dealing with more severe mental health conditions, such as suicidal thoughts and psychosis. During this time, I developed and led an Intensive Outpatient Program, where I used approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage emotions, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being. Today, in addition to my private practice, I serve as the director of health equity at a local hospital. In this role, I focus on supporting healthcare workers and patients in addressing social needs like access to healthcare, food insecurity, housing issues, and burnout. This work has deepened my understanding of the complex ways in which life’s stressors can impact mental health, further shaping my approach to therapy.
