Work HistoryI’ve worked in the mental health field for over a decade, helping people from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and supported. My journey started in crisis counseling, where I was on the front lines supporting individuals during some of their darkest moments. That experience taught me how important it is to respond with compassion, patience, and a sense of calm, no matter how intense the situation may be. From there, I transitioned into outpatient therapy, where I worked with individuals, couples, and groups. I’ve spent a lot of time helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve also worked closely with young adults and professionals who are just starting to carve out their identities and paths in life—which I find incredibly rewarding. I’m trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is just a fancy way of saying I help you explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and how small shifts in one area can create big changes in another. I’ve also developed a specialty in helping people set healthy boundaries, recover from people-pleasing patterns, and build more confident, self-assured lives. Right now, I offer virtual counseling, which allows me to meet with clients wherever they feel most comfortable. Whether you’re going through a tough season or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you find your next right step.
