Get To Know Me
What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session, we’ll have a conversation to get to know each other and talk about what brings you in and why now feels like the right time. We’ll identify one or two goals to focus on, go over a brief personal history, and I’ll explain what you can expect from our work together. We’ll also decide on next steps and schedule our next session.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a mix of approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. Family systems therapy helps us understand how past relationships shape current patterns. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) builds skills to handle difficult emotions while staying focused on what matters most to you. Solution-focused work helps us identify what’s already working and build on your strengths. I also provide compassionate grief support to help you process loss and adjust to life after change. Throughout, I often use practical, in-session exercises to make our work more active and engaging.

Work HistoryI work at Authentic Therapy Solutions and Beacon Counseling, where I see individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic strengths are helping teens and parents reconnect, supporting couples who feel stuck or distant, and guiding clients through the emotional impact of past experiences on present-day relationships.
I blend evidence-based approaches with a warm, straightforward style that makes therapy feel less intimidating and more collaborative. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, including weekend availability, allowing for greater flexibility in supporting clients through real-life challenges.
From the beginning of my training, I was drawn to the deeper patterns that shape our closest relationships. Whether you’re navigating family stress, feeling overwhelmed as a parent, or trying to repair trust with your partner, I offer a space where we can work through it together.
