Work HistoryAt A Phoenix Awakening Counseling, I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, offering a space grounded in compassion, authenticity, and empowerment. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world, giving me a real-world understanding of stress, burnout, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” My clinical experience includes working in crisis units within mental health facilities as well as in substance use and mental health inpatient settings, where I supported individuals through some of their most vulnerable and critical moments. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in feminist theory, recognizing the impact of systemic pressures, societal expectations, and power dynamics on mental health. I am especially passionate about helping women who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain—whether in relationships or within themselves—reclaim their voice, trust their intuition, and make empowered decisions. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and focused on helping you reconnect with your inner strength so you can move forward with clarity and intention.
