What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
One of my biggest strengths is helping people make sense of what feels confusing or overwhelming. If you tend to overthink, second guess yourself, or feel pulled in different directions, I am good at cutting through the noise and identifying what is actually driving the anxiety. I am both warm and direct. I validate what makes sense about your experience, and I help you shift your relationship to the thoughts and patterns that have been keeping you from living the life you want. Clients often tell me they appreciate that our work feels focused and practical. This includes adults with ADHD/AuDHD and other neurodivergent experiences where anxiety, shame, and executive functioning challenges often show up together and need to be understood as a whole.

Work HistoryI started my career supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they moved into independent community living. I then spent nearly three years providing individual and group therapy within the Williams and Colbert Consent Decree, working with people navigating serious mental health challenges as they returned to community living.
Today I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and emotional dysregulation, with a specialty in ADHD, AuDHD, and questions of identity and purpose, through my private practice Mindful Soul Therapy and as a clinician at Two Chairs.
