Hi, I’m Linda. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate. As a counselor, “I aspire to be the person I needed when I was younger.” My goal is to create a safe space for clients to express their true feelings without any judgment. My expectation in a therapeutic relationship is for the client and I to work together to create a compassionate, supportive, and respectful relationship to move forward towards goals that have been established. I want to be there for you, especially if you feel as though you cannot turn to your loved ones for help as well as cannot rely on yourself to create insight that may be needed to live life to to your fullest potential. I work with clients who need help with communication skills, social skills, as well as clients who may need help overcoming anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem issues. I also work with clients who are dealing with stressors within their cultural and religious community. I commend you for taking this first step in bettering your well-being and I hope we can work together to create a space to help you with whatever you are facing.
