Work HistoryHi there! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I commend you on your courage to take the first step towards healing. My passion is helping clients heal from their hurt, reach their goals, and improve their quality of life. It is such an honor walking alongside my clients in their journeys to recovery and seeing their growth. I have worked with clients from all different backgrounds, cultures, and ages in both outpatient and emergency settings more than a decade. I received my Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for 9 years. My specialty is working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. I help clients move past the power that trauma can hold in their lives and address the painful beliefs that can develop as a result. I focus on empowering survivors to reclaim control and find new meaning so they no longer feel defined by their past. I also support Christian clients grow in their identity and life purpose.
