Work HistoryMy journey as a therapist began working with teenagers where I learned creative ways to help young people express themselves through play and group activities. I then built my foundational skills in an outpatient clinic setting working with diverse communities discovering how addictive behaviors often connect with anxiety and depression, and learning to meet each person where they are. This led me to a group practice that specialized in trauma care. Since starting my own practice, I've been able to truly personalize care for each client, combining all these experiences to help people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction in a way that addresses the whole person.
