What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Hi, my name is Lori Thomas and I am Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at True Heart Therapy. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where we can explore past experiences and work toward goals. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to build a relationship that promotes authenticity, empathy, and growth. My approach is gentle yet direct, with a healthy dose of humor. Together, we will examine ways in which culture, health, identity, and oppression impact your well-being. I practice Relational Cultural Therapy and Ecotherapy and strive to work with you to find creative ways to strengthen your connections to self, others, and nature.
If you are curious, open, and seeking collaborative support in making positive changes in your life, we might be a good fit. I primarily work with neurodivergent individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking to improve their well-being.
