My personality comes out in the form of direct, bold, and compassionate therapy. I’m not afraid to take risks or give honest feedback, always with care and understanding. I walk alongside my clients, offering unwavering support as they grow, heal, and transform into what I call their "truest selves". I do this because others have done it for me in the past and it's changed my life for the better.

I was in a dark, depressed, and addicted place at one point in my life. I didn't know how to get out of it - I required help from many people who had previously been where I was. After helping myself get to a better place, I now have a genuine passion for helping others do the same!

During my time working in mental health, I've worked with young men with felonies, aged-out foster youth, children on the autism spectrum, veterans, the formerly-homeless, adolescents in the community, individuals, couples, and families. I believe it is important to understand a wide variety of populations to better help each individual client I meet.
