Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
It’s important to know that you don’t have to show up to therapy as a “perfect” version of yourself. You can come as you are—uncertain, overwhelmed, curious, shut down, or somewhere in between. I’ll meet you there, without judgment.
I bring warmth, patience, and compassion into the therapy space, and I work at your pace. Some days we may go deep, other days we may just try to make sense of a tough week—and that’s okay. I believe in showing up as a real person in the room, and I welcome humor, honesty, and emotion.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you don’t have to shrink or perform—just a place to be fully human.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
I wish more people knew that therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about giving yourself permission to ask the questions. You don’t have to be in crisis, have everything figured out, or know exactly what to say. Just showing up is enough. Therapy is a space where you can feel supported, seen, and safe to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—at your own pace, without judgment.
What do you like about the practice or clinic you currently work at?
I love being part of a practice that truly values authenticity, inclusivity, and community care. At Blossom, we’re encouraged to show up as our full selves—not just as therapists, but as people—which creates a deeply supportive environment for both clients and clinicians. I also appreciate how we center identity-affirming care and make space for creative, individualized approaches to therapy. It’s a place that feels genuine, welcoming, and growth-focused—for everyone who walks through the door.
