What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
In this complex world, it is inevitable that we will experience wounding as little ones- moments when we were not met, not held, or not fully received with unconditional love. When we return to these frozen, stuck experiences and bring loving healing to our earlier pain; we begin to feel more flow, more ease, and more flexibility on a day to day basis. Healing and growth- evolution, is a natural aspect of life. I am grateful to be a part of this organic evolution. We all have room to grow! It is a delight to witness my own continued healing and development, and an honor to accompany other people on their path of healing and integrated wholeness.

Work HistoryWith grounded warmth and open curiosity, I invite you into a collaborative relationship of discovery, healing, and growth. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together we explore what’s beneath the surface so you can experience more clarity, calm, confidence, and connection. My integrative approach blends mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (parts work), attachment theory, somatic awareness, humanistic psychology, and spiritual development to help you cultivate resilience, emotional regulation, presence, and wholeness. Reclaim your vitality and your sense of belonging, both within yourself and with others.
I work with people who are curious about their own experience or seeking deeper self-understanding. I support Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and empaths to embrace their sensitivity as a superpower and build resilience. I help you reconnect to your innate inner knowing, strengthen self-trust, and consider healthy boundaries so you can thrive.
Through our safe, authentic, and attuned connection, you can navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, or whatever comes your way. You can cultivate greater flexibility, flow, self-compassion, and inner strength. It’s an honor to accompany you on your journey. I welcome you exactly as you are — with your unique story, challenges, and potential for growth.
