Work HistoryI've studied under AASECT certified sex therapist Emily Brems. My time here was focused largely on couples (non monogamous and monogamous) working through all aspects of being coupled. I also loved working with individuals discovering their sexual or gender identity as well as sex therapy clients looking to better understand sex in their lives and create more fulfillment around it. Before I was a therapist I worked as a yoga instructor and tantra practitioner. I am constantly finding ways to incorporate this depth of knowledge in the body into our talk therapy sessions. The mind and body have a beautiful, and often complicated understanding with each other. I love weaving the mind body connection into our work together.
