Work HistoryOver the past five years, I have provided clinical support to children, teens, and adults across diverse settings, including school systems and primary healthcare centers. These environments deepened my understanding of how chronic anxiety and overextension impact the individual across the lifespan. This clinical foundation led me to establish my private practice, where I focus on the unique needs of teen girls and women. My approach is clinically-grounded and depth-oriented, with the option for Christian faith integration when desired. I prioritize a client-led process, ensuring that therapy aligns with your personal values as we work to move you from "survival mode" to internal steadiness. I am honored to offer in-person therapy in Frisco, TX, and virtual therapy for clients throughout Texas, Arizona, and Montana.
