Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is depth-oriented, intentional, and grounded. I look beyond surface-level symptoms to help you understand the "why" behind your struggles, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Narrative techniques. While our work is always a partnership, I take an active role in helping you navigate the path to untangling your sense of worth from your productivity. We move beyond simply discussing obstacles to building a lasting foundation of internal steadiness. For those who desire it, I offer the option to integrate Christian faith into our work, ensuring your spiritual values are an honoring part of your healing journey.
What are some the unique issues faced by clients in your particular field of specialization, in terms of mental health education, care, and/or treatment?
Many of the women and teen girls I work with are high-achievers who feel internally depleted despite looking "fine" to the outside world. They carry a heavy "internal load"—a mix of perfectionism, burnout, and the exhausting performance of being okay. A unique challenge for this niche is that their survival mode is often rewarded by society as "success," making it difficult to recognize the toll it is taking on their soul. I help clients identify these patterns not as personality flaws, but as survival strategies. We work to shift the focus from constant overextension and "performing" to a life of grounded, sustainable ease.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me means entering a space that is both warm and highly focused. You don’t have to have your story perfectly figured out before we meet; my role is to provide the clinical structure and active support to help you make sense of it. I am committed to helping you move from reactive overwhelm to a state of internal steadiness. Whether we meet in person in Frisco or Dallas, TX, or virtually across TX, AZ, and MT, you can expect a therapist who is as invested in your growth as you are—offering a clear, intentional path to setting the weight down and reclaiming your life.

Work HistoryOver the past five years, I have provided clinical support to children, teens, and adults across diverse settings, including school systems and primary healthcare centers. These environments deepened my understanding of how chronic anxiety and overextension impact the individual across the lifespan.
This clinical foundation led me to establish my private practice, where I focus on the unique needs of teen girls and women. My approach is clinically-grounded and depth-oriented, with the option for Christian faith integration when desired. I prioritize a client-led process, ensuring that therapy aligns with your personal values as we work to move you from "survival mode" to internal steadiness. I am honored to offer in-person therapy in Frisco, TX, and virtual therapy for clients throughout Texas, Arizona, and Montana.
