Get To Know Me
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
I believe that everyone has the capacity to find meaning and live in alignment with their values, even when life feels uncertain. I bring compassion, curiosity, and acceptance to my work as a therapist. My goal is to help clients explore what matters most to them, grow in self-awareness, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I take a person-centered approach, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe people are capable of insight and growth, and I work alongside clients to help them build self-understanding, self-acceptance, and positive change at their own pace.
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Trust and safety are essential. When clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, they can open up and explore their experiences more fully. I aim to create a space where you feel supported and cared for, so we can work together toward clarity, growth, and healing.
