Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Clients often describe our work together as feeling genuinely understood and accepted, exactly as they are. They appreciate having a therapist who can hold space for both the heavy moments and find lightness when it's needed most.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe wholeheartedly that you already possess everything you need to create meaningful change in your life. My role isn't to fix you (because you're not broken!) but to help you uncover your own inner wisdom, strength, and resources. Together, we'll create a space that feels genuinely safe, supportive, and caring where you can explore, grow, and heal at your own pace.
As a proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I celebrate and honor all identities and expressions of who you are. Your authentic self is always welcome here.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, practical coping skills, and even bibliotherapy (because sometimes the right book at the right time can be pure magic). But most importantly, you direct the journey. This is your story, and I'm honored to be part of helping you write the next chapter.
