Work HistoryAs a licensed therapist, I have over eight years of experience working with individuals and families of various ages and backgrounds in school, hospital and community settings. My clinical work is focused on teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and stress. And, as a biracial (Asian/White) therapist, I am knowledgeable about unique identity issues for biracial/multiracial individuals and am passionate about supporting others in this area.
In sessions, I use a person-centered and integrative approach to use tools and techniques that are the right fit for you. Additionally, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy based strategies to challenge negative thought patterns and explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will bring empathy and kindness in our sessions to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore and grow. It would be a privilege to join you on your journey. Please feel free to contact me to schedule your free consultation!
