She has achieved notably achievements and awards throughout her training. She completed an APA accredited internship at the prestigious Jackson Memorial Hospital, Adult Rehabilitation Department and her two-year formal fellowship in Neuropsychology at the world-renowned Trauma center level 1, Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Kitaigorodsky was then invited to join the faculty at the University of Miami as an Assistant Professor and attending Neuropsychologist. Dr. Kitaigorodsky has served as the director of Cognitive Research Operations at the Center For Cognitive Neuroscience & Aging, University Of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She is the founder and CEO of Florida Neuro-Health and is highly invested in helping clients achieve their goals.
