While facing adversities can be rough, facing adversity without the appropriate navigational tools can be catastrophic. Hi, my name is Marcelina Washington and I am interested in the human story and experience. It is my belief that you have within yourself the power to restore or recreate your life, your way. My task is to create a safe environment for you to examine these areas and guidance to explore personal thoughts centered around your wellness journey. With the use of Collaborative Theory, I move as a respectful co-pilot, assisting you towards clarity of mind, body, and spirit. I work primarily with adolescents and adults, with a focus on helping each individual shift through issues such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, other stressors, and mood concerns. If you are suffering, the chances are good that parts of you have stopped or slowed in their natural development. The honest relationship forged in psychotherapy can bring about the insight and clarity needed to begin to grow again.
