I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore and resolve challenges that are roadblocks to being your best self. Addressing concerns including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral issues, and relationship problems. I work with individuals, couples and families from a strength-based approach to pursue healthy choices and healing connections. My goal is to help clients better understand how discord with self and others contribute to struggles in achieving personal goals and sense of wellbeing. In partnership, we will access internal strengths, enhance coping skills, define methods for self=care and repair social connections.
