What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Hi! My name’s Margaret and I specialize in anxiety, relationship conflicts (dating, break-ups, divorce, etc.), self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions. I work with adults 18+, college & graduate students, and all gender identities/sexual orientations. My therapeutic style is warm, casual, and genuine. :) I'm here to help you be kinder to yourself, feel more present in your life, and welcome all that it means to be human. I believe that an authentic relationship between the client and therapist is what fosters healing. I offer LGBTQ+ affirming care, & I'm committed to helping clients feel safe to be themselves w/ me.
I view therapy as an equal partnership. We're teammates in this process, and you're in the driver's seat! I use various approaches including: mindfulness, inner child healing, somatic therapy, self-compassion, and trauma sensitive practices. I acknowledge that everyone is different, and we'll work together to find the tools that feel most aligned for you!
Whatever you're going through, you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here to be by your side, offering you compassionate guidance through life's ups and downs. Contact me to schedule your free consultation, or with any questions you have. Check out my website (www.margaret-davis.com) or instagram/tiktok (margdavistherapy) to learn more. Thank you so much!
