Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a therapist because I experienced anxiety and depression myself and saw firsthand the impact therapy can have. Through my own healing journey, I learned the importance of feeling understood, supported, and empowered, which inspired me to help others through their own challenges.
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
In the latino community there is a misbelief that everything should stay at home and that we do not talk about our problems with strangers

Work HistoryI have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have worked in school and clinical settings, including a company where I supported a diverse population with different emotional and mental health needs. My background has allowed me to work with individuals from various cultural backgrounds while creating a supportive and compassionate environment.
