Certified Level One Solutions Focused Therapist and received specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). Completed Basic training in EMDR (Part 1 and 2) and the Flash Technique for the treatment of PTSD and C-PTSD. Born in Asia, and raised in Western and Eastern Canada, before immigrating for the second time in my life as an adult to California. Immigration in particular is a process I have been very personally affected by. Both times as a newcomer, despite going through the legal process, is a unique kind of stressor. This experience has shaped both my personal and professional perspectives on relocation, integration, and community connection. I am an LMFT in California, Massachusetts, and Virginia.
