Work HistoryI have had the privilege of working with at-risk families and youth, young adults, couples, and individuals for the past 7 years. I specialize in trauma-informed care and recovery and have assisted Veterans, active-duty military, couples, and individuals in navigating the aftermath of trauma exposure at various ages and stages of life. I enjoy teaching mindfulness exercises and implementing a holistic view into treatment for the healing of mind, body, and soul.
