What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I often integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, CBT, and parts work, with a strong emphasis on self-compassion and values-based decision-making.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I work exclusively with women, including those experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, or loss, as well as women who are not parents. My practice is centered on helping clients explore what’s behind their stress and how to make choices that reflect their values.
What should we know about your experiences and background?
I’m a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, education, and family systems, I’ve supported clients across school settings, nonprofit programs, and private practice. I currently offer Telehealth therapy to clients across Illinois through my solo practice, Gray Therapy Group.
