Get To Know Me
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
My approach to therapy is to be inclusive and treat everyone like a human being who is worthy of respect, curiosity and dignity. It’s important to me to not only treat you like a client, but a real person. Over time, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients, which has deepened my understanding of relationship dynamics and human behavior. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you feel heard and understood. My mathematical background helps me to understand systematically, recognize patterns and think abstractly. Together, we’ll work to identify and address the challenges you’re facing, develop new coping strategies, and foster positive change.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Nothing in life is more important or influential than our relationships. They shape our development, businesses, government and beyond. Likewise, it only makes sense to prioritize the role relationships play in our lives. I am dedicated to helping you explore your inner world, understand your relationships, and achieve your goals. Therapy is a powerful tool for transformation. Witnessing my clients’ growth and resilience is incredibly rewarding, and I am committed to supporting you through every step of your journey.
