Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I strive to connect my clients with high-quality, impactful mental health counseling at a price that makes sense to them. I am proud to offer all of my clients a sliding-scale fee that matches their financial need. I can remember a time when therapy was out of reach for me simply because I couldn't afford to see a counselor. My goal with my private practice is to make counseling accessible to everyone.

Work HistoryI worked for over 10 years as a counselor in college and university counseling centers. While I enjoyed working with all different typed of clients, I developed a special interest in working with male clients as well as clients who are coping with anxiety. Recently, I switched roles and began working as a clinical faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University. I decided to open up my own private practice in 2022 so that I can continue to work with clients and provide effective, high-quality mental health services to North Carolina residents.
