Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My personal experiences have deeply shaped the way I approach care. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced moments in life that required resilience, reflection, and support—and I know how powerful it can be to have someone genuinely listen and walk with you through those times.
These experiences taught me the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, respected, and empowered to grow. They also reinforced my belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s journey is different, and I strive to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique background, values, and goals.
Because of this, I bring a human-centered, compassionate approach to my work. I don’t just look at symptoms—I take the time to understand the full picture of who you are and what you’ve been through, so we can work together toward real and lasting change.

Work HistoryOver the past 15+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every corner of the mental health system—from supporting patients as a nursing assistant to leading care as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Each step of my journey helped me build a deep understanding of how mental health impacts every part of life, and how important it is to feel heard, understood, and respected when seeking support.
Early in my career, I worked in both hospital and outpatient settings, which gave me firsthand experience treating a wide range of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I’ve also supported individuals through life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in medication management and therapy-informed care. I take the time to get to know each client and collaborate on a plan that makes sense for their unique needs and goals. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I use a holistic and trauma-informed approach in every session.
Now, through my telehealth practice, I bring all of that experience to you—in a private, flexible, and supportive space where you can focus on healing and growth.
