Work HistoryOver the past 15+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every corner of the mental health system—from supporting patients as a nursing assistant to leading care as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Each step of my journey helped me build a deep understanding of how mental health impacts every part of life, and how important it is to feel heard, understood, and respected when seeking support. Early in my career, I worked in both hospital and outpatient settings, which gave me firsthand experience treating a wide range of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I’ve also supported individuals through life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in medication management and therapy-informed care. I take the time to get to know each client and collaborate on a plan that makes sense for their unique needs and goals. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I use a holistic and trauma-informed approach in every session. Now, through my telehealth practice, I bring all of that experience to you—in a private, flexible, and supportive space where you can focus on healing and growth.
