Learn more about my:

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective that seeks to understand individuals’ unconscious motivations and desires that contribute to our conscious life. I take great interest in people, their inner workings, their desires and needs, and I have a passion for helping people better understand themselves and how they are wired.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I seek to provide an environment that fosters trust, self-discovery, compassion, healing, and grace. I believe people can heal and grow when the learn to acknowledge and accept themselves and where they are at. My desire is to help people heal, hope, and harbor a love for themselves and others.
