Professional Background
LicensureMinnesota, Licensed Psychologist, LP6332
Work HistoryI specialize in psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational testing and evaluations for children, teens, and adults to identify and address concerns including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, giftedness, and twice exceptionality. I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Minnesota. I completed both a master's degree in counseling and a Ph.D. in school psychology from the University of Minnesota. Before starting my assessment practice, I worked for over a decade as a school psychologist at elementary, middle school, and high school levels. My time working in the school system has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that students and their caregivers face, and a passion for helping them receive effective services and support. My favorite part of being in private practice is having the time to get to know the people I work with, and seeing the life-changing difference this process makes for them.
When I'm not working I enjoy all the things that make me a true Minnesotan - spending time at the lake, playing hockey, and being a long-suffering Vikings fan. I love spending time with my wife and two elementary school age kids. All four of us are neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, or both) which is one of the reasons I am so passionate about the neurodiversity-affirming movement.
