In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
My philosophy about life is that we are meant to be in connection with others to fully live out our best lives. What that looks like is creating meaningful relationship with our family, friends, communities, and for some their higher power. In taking part in treatment we work in a therapeutic relationship to practice some healthy communication and openness. In therapy we also work on becoming a better version of ourselves so that we are authentic with ourselves and those around us.
