Work HistoryDue to my clinical interests, I have received a Post-Masters certificate in Trauma Studies from Chestnut Hill College and underwent clinical supervision in psychodynamic therapy. Furthermore, I obtained a certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques and have taken several courses in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Everyone struggles and has difficulties in life; however, we all experience them differently. By putting the focus on your thoughts and feelings, I am able to offer person-centered treatment. This approach helps build a foundation of understanding and acceptance that can lead to lasting change and growth.
